Jean joined Add Partners as the Chief Financial Officer in 2001. Jean has extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting, stemming from over 15 years working with major UK companies. She qualified as an accountant whilst with BT, and subsequently spent seven years in the pensions industry.

Prior to joining Add Partners, Jean held interim management roles in the finance functions of AXA Sun Life Investment Management, Chiswell Associates and other financial services companies.

Jean earned a BA in Economics from the University of Nottingham and is an FCMA.
