Martin Mackay joined Add Partners as Entrepreneur in Residence in February 2004, and in June 2004 was promoted to Venture Partner. Martin has over 15 years’ experience in the European technology industry, and joined Add Partners from PeopleSoft, where he was among the first 100 employees in Europe. Martin held a variety of European positions at PeopleSoft over eight years, including business development, strategy, marketing and general management roles. Most recently, Martin was Vice-President EMEA Marketing & Alliances. Previously Martin was with Dun & Bradstreet in both the UK and France, and with Accenture in the UK.

Martin holds a BA in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
