Add Partners aims to back those European companies with the technology, vision and ambition to become global leaders. Our expert investment team works closely with portfolio companies to provide the right financing package and all of the practical follow-on support to help them solve the challenges of rapid international growth.

Our objective is to invest through a company’s lifecycle from start-up and initial phases of growth through to exit either via a trade sale or an IPO. Our first round investments are typically between €o.5m and €5m. We lead the majority of our investments and make a limited number of co-investments with other lead investors. Through arrangements with syndicate partners we are able to lead significant-sized funding rounds. We structure innovative transactions that aim to ensure growth and stability in our investments and a maximum return for our investors.

Add will also invest in later stage private companies that are on the verge of global expansion and where a syndicate of international investors is brought together to make a critical difference to the growth of the company.

Providing the right level of financing at the right time in the development of a business is just the first step. We underpin our financial investment with all of the strategic and tactical guidance to help young companies grow at an accelerated pace.

Leveraging the resources of our own team, as well as those of our global network of contacts, we offer support to portfolio companies across many business areas including: developing and refining the strategic direction; recruiting and retaining management talent; establishing distribution channels and partnerships; accessing reference accounts; securing follow-on financing; and expanding geographically.
